You can start by meditating for a few minutes to however long you want. Googling ways to meditate will help you in finding out different types of meditation. Social distancing can actually result in cleansing your body from all the negative energy.

Cooking

You can also cook at home now that you’ve got ample spare time. Ordering in is easy and very convenient but you might want to steer clear of it. You may ask why and the reason is you don’t know how the food is being made. The incubation time for coronavirus is almost two weeks. The symptoms start appearing after a fortnight. Hence, you might want to choose to cook your meals at home. It’ll also keep you busy and get you hot & fresh food at home.

Painting

I love art and painting. It’s just very soothing and you get lost when you’re going with the flow. It’s a great way to kill time and also overcome boredom. There’s no rocket science in painting and anyone can do it. You can also involve your kids or siblings and have a fun day at home which engages everyone and reduces screen time.
